This is a Township proposed for client Lodha. This project comprised of 9 luxury residential buildings. There were 2 Bedroom towers with four units per floor and the 3 Bedroom apartments had private elevations directly opening up to individual apartments. These were first automated residences in india when it was proposed. The towers were also Mi-one construction. This project was headed by Arc h. Vinay when he was a consulting architect with Kapadia and Associates Pvt. Ltd.
