Located in the posh locality of Salisbury, this 8 Storey office building caters to the Information Tech parks within the Pune City limits. To accommodate a larger floor plate , a more column free space was proposed. The entire structure was a Post tension frame work which reduced the beam depths of the structural frame of the building. Power back up in this project was with Solar panels which were located on at the terrace level of the building. This is LEED, Gold Certified building. Arch. Vinay proposed this project while he was still a consulting architect with Kapadia and Associates Pvt. Ltd.
